Yes! Reiki is energy, and does not exist in the same confines as people, meaning it is not limited in space and time, as we are. In fact, Reiki training can be completed 100% on-line and be equally effective as if completed in person. The same is true for readings - your intention and energy are what guide the conversation, not your physical presence in the same space.

Every session is unique, and each client has personal experience ranging from "never have I ever" to "I'm a pro." Regardless of your experience or your chosen service, you will receive a booking confirmation via email. You may also receive an email from elle@paws-and-breathe.com before your session, checking in. You will receive an email with a personal link for your session via Zoom. (Be sure you have Zoom on your device, ready to use prior to your session to ensure maximum service time.) Your session time will begin with a conversation about your intentions and needs, and you will have the opportunity to ask any questions. We will go over the format of the session, and your preferences for your service. Your session will conclude with a conversation as well, checking in on your experience and any further needs or questions you may have. The Akashic Records are a complete library of the history of every life and being. An Akashic Record Reading connects you with Ascended Masters, Teachers, Angels, Guides, and Loved Ones who provide clarity and perspective in response to your questions. This guidance is never prescriptive or diagnostic. (They won't tell you "what's wrong," or how to "fix it.") However, they provide insight and perspective on life challenges, soul purpose, past lives, relationship patterns, and more, so that you can choose how best to move forward.

Angel Readings connect you with your angels - both Archangels and Guardian Angels. Angels cards help guide the conversation and provide clarity on the angels' messages. Angels have no ego; their guidance is pure love and objectivity, guiding you to healing and joy, as they know your heart's desires. Like the Akashic Records, your angels will not tell you what to do, as everyone has free will, but they will remind you that you are not alone, you are loved, and they will deliver messages they feel you need to hear.

Tarot Readings use a deck of cards with divine and earthly symbolism to provide guidance. These cards interact to create a full picture of a situation, and are a tool to help the reader connect with your guides or angels for more clarity. Like the Akashic Records and Angel Readings, Tarot will not tell you what to do; it will provide information and insight to help you make decisions.
