Where Does That 5% Go?

Maybe you have seen on our home page that Paws&Breathe was created with a vision of giving back to animals and to this planet, for rescue and preservation efforts. We decided that donating a percentage of the price of the sale would be the most effective and clear way of donating to non-profit organizations that serve to rescue, rehabilitate, and preserve pets, wildlife, and the natural habitats of this planet. The prices of our services are not inflated; they are competitively priced for this market and for the level of training and expertise by our practitioners. (Additionally, Paws&Breathe is a work of passion, while working in another career field, which is why we are a small business with limited offerings and availability at this time.)

So where does that 5% go? We have a list of organizations that we donate to, from local animal shelters (The City of Buffalo Animal Shelter; SPCA of Erie County) to large non-profit organizations (such as Earthjustice, an environmental law organization that focuses on litigation for clean air, clean water, and a healthy environment, and IFAW, an animal welfare and conservation charity.) If there is an organization aligned with these values and efforts that you would like us to add to our list, please reach out! We'd be happy to include your suggestions.
